OUR COMMITMENTS
FOR TODAY & TOMORROW
Our aim today is to contribute to the sustainable development goals by carefully selecting our partners and services whilst meeting our customers' needs. This approach emphasizes our aspiration to build a better, more inclusive and sustainable world.
OUR COMMITMENT
From defending diversity, inclusion and equal opportunity among our team, we take our role as a member of the global community seriously.
OUR SHARED VALUES
We contribute to the Sustainable Development Goals throughout our network of partners and the recruitment process.
We are aware that the MICE industry uses unsustainable resources, which is why we are committed to limiting our trips through soft and shared mobility. We organize virtual meetings and virtual or hybrid events in order to limit travel and reduce our carbon footprint. We collaborate with actors who have also chosen to take the path of sustainable development.

No Poverty
We refuse to work with companies known to violate human rights as we are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chain or in any part of our business . We also work with integration companies such as the public employment service Pôle emploi. We ensure our services are accessible to everyone by taking into account the purchasing power of all companies; in particular through offering suitable offers for all. Through Youna, we are trying to reboost MICE activities that were affected by the Covid-19 health crisis.
Good health and well-being
We are implementing an ambitious health, safety and well-being office policy aimed at reducing work accidents and risky situations as well as musculoskeletal disorders and psycho-social risks.
Quality Education
Youna is committed to help young people and vulnerable populations. Which is why we are setting up work-study programs, internships, training and any other means of developing professional skills.
Gender Equality
We give equal chances to all our employees, men or women, each has the same chance to succeed. Our team has as many men as women. We also ensure decent and fair working conditions for both women and men with regard to working hours, meeting days and hours, weekly rest, leave (in particular parental leave and paternity leave), health and safety, maternity protection and the possibility of reconciling work and family responsibilities.
Clean Water and Sanitation
We ensure that our employees have access to a drinking, sustainable and sufficient water point, in particular the water fountains located on the premises, this also allows us to limit the use of plastic.
Decent Work and Economic Growth
Our employees work in a decent environment. We promote sustained economic growth by bringing together different MICE partners. In addition, we promote local resources and products in order to support local development.
Reduced Inequalities
We do not make any distinction between workers especially people with disabilities, people of any origin, religion, heredity, belief, sexual orientation.
Sustainable Cities and Communities
Youna is participating in the implementation of “zero waste” initiatives to limit, sort and recycle waste produced in the city and raise awareness among the residents. We also have services from vendors who go in this direction, in particular, hosting an event to collect waste on the banks of the Seine and the Marne.
Responsable Consumption and Production
When we use plastic bottles, we make sure to recycle them and use the plastic caps to help build wheelchairs.
Partnerships For The Goals
At Youna, we educate our employees on sustainable development and support the transformation of their profession by taking into account the objectives of sustainable development.
Youna assumes a role in this global transition by transforming the way we operate, and by offering innovative, ethical and sustainable products and services to achieve the SDGs.
